Shipping Policy.

Within India                                                                                                                                   

Shipping is provided free of cost to almost all locations within India.  

For products which are in stock, Normally shipping time is 1-2 working days ( ex Mumbai).  Normally after shipping, goods reach within 2- 3 days in most cities.  For remote locations and locations with less courier facilities, it make take more time.

In case products are not in stock and can be back ordered, typical time to ship will be approx.. 4 weeks unless specifically stated otherwise.

There may occur a shipping delay, if verification of shipping or billing address is required.

Outside India

Currently we do not ship outside India.  If you require shipping to be done outside India, kindly contact us thru email before placing any order.

Returns policy

A product once ordered cannot be returned back. 

If the product that you have purchased has stopped working or is having some other related issue, please look under the warranty section to ascertain whether or not the problem with your product is covered under warranty.

If the problem is covered under warranty and the product is in the warranty period, then the product will be repaired or replaced free of cost and sent back to you.  The product will take normally a maximum of 2 to 3 weeks  to get repaired at our Mumbai office.   The cost of sending the product  to our office in Mumbai  will have to be borne by you and the cost of sending it back will be borne by us.

If the problem is not covered under warranty, then the repair, if possible,  will be charged to your account along with the cost of sending it back to you after repairs.

 In case of physical damage to the product, kindly upload the  appropriate pictures of the damaged products along with the form. This is important.

If required, Attach product photo of the damaged product. (Max size 2 MB.)

IN CASE OF MATERIAL RECEIVED DAMAGED OR IN A NON WORKING CONDITION,     

In case you received the goods in a damaged or non working condition, then we request you to kindly inform us via email within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.  Any complaint received by us after 24 hours will not be entertained. 

If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can get a replacement within 2 to 3 weeks  from the date the goods reach us back at our Mumbai office in a proper condition along with the original packing and all accessories.

In both the above cases, the following apply:

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:

– Damages due to misuse of product
– Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
– Any consumable item which has been used or installed
– Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers 
– Using the product with accessories /power units not supplied by DataLocker.
– Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
– Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
